ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR
Botswana
Contract | Bush-based Role (Travel Required)


An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Administration
Supervisor
to oversee and streamline admin operations across multiple lodge
locations.


This role is perfect for a highly organised, hands-on
professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys
working with people.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administration across lodges and regional office
• Manage financial admin (invoices, reconciliations, petty cash)
• Standardise systems, processes, and reporting
• Supervise and support lodge admin teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare consolidated financial and operational reports
• Act as the link between lodge teams and head office


Requirements


Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Hospitality diploma or similar qualification advantageous
