
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Administration Supervisor to lead our administration team at Peel Health Campus in Mandurah.
Peel Health Campus is a busy hospital environment providing emergency, inpatient and outpatient services to the growing Peel region. As Administration Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our imaging administration services while supporting a high-performing, patient-focused team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager you will oversee the day-to-day administration function including team leadership, rostering, patient bookings and arrivals, billing, workflow coordination and liaison with hospital and clinical teams.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will remain involved in daily operations while coaching and supporting your team to deliver an exceptional experience for patients, referrers and internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional flexibility to support additional coverage where rarely required.
