Key Responsibilities:
Benefits & risk administration and counseling
Collation, vetting, authorisation, submission and distribution of documentation to relevant stakeholders
Support member administration related to resignation, retrenchment and dismissals
Management of the funeral and death benefit investigations
Handle queries related to retirement fund, death, disability and funeral cover, including Rest of Africa
Administration of Additional Voluntary Contribution and Additional Voluntary Funeral Cover as well as the associated processes
Benefits & risk related statements, quotations and data collation
Liaison between TFG and third parties where required
Reporting where applicable
Processing journals
Review and Reporting
