
The role acts as a key point of contact for reporting, governance, and tracking across Resiliency and Outsourcing. It focuses on preparing data, maintaining reporting tools, and supporting governance activities, helping to identify potential risks and improvement areas.
Responsibilities Include
Support preparation and maintenance of dashboards, reporting and procedures.
Assist in analysing data and governance materials to identify risks, gaps, and improvements.
Maintain reporting tools, templates, trackers, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support reporting, tracking, and governance activities, including follow-ups and status updates.
Assist with regulatory and outsourcing activities, including updating templates and policies.
Help prepare materials for governance forums and escalate issues where needed.
Provide coordination support and gather stakeholder inputs.
Communicating and presenting professionally to stakeholders.
Specific Qualifications / Skills
Team player, open mindset - to be able to work efficiently with the team on work on projects
Analytical skills - ability to recognise problems, describe them, be able to find the reason and propose effective solutions, some experience with creating graphs
Ability to work with text, including reviewing, updating documentation, and supporting policy/procedure development.
Self-Motivation with positive way of thinking
At least 2 years of professional experience;
Experience of reporting, with good presentation skills (Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint);
An interest in process optimisation and improvements is desirable;
Demonstrate commitment to the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture, including integrity and ethical values;
Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in personal behaviour;
Good organizational and administrative skills;
English is a must (B2)

Minimum Salary:
zł68,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
