What you'll bring

You have working experience in executive support or a related business role, with solid skills in document preparation, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking. You should be aware of executive communication practices. You need to have experience in managing business meetings and collaborating across different teams. An ability to manage your own workstreams with limited oversight, maintain confidentiality, and represent executive interests professionally will set you up to contribute well.

You must have the Integrated Services Card (Bitaqat al-Khadamat al-Mutakamilah) issued by the Ministry of Social Solidarity as this role is for Persons with Disabilities based in Cairo.

What you'll build

You'll provide strategic support to executive management, including preparing presentations, management documents, and team agendas. Supporting the planning and execution of critical strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, is a core responsibility. You'll facilitate collaboration across board areas and business functions to drive operational efficiency, assist in representing executives in business meetings, and support the preparation of executive messaging for internal and external audiences.

Where you belong

You'll work in close proximity to the team and act as a reliable operational partner to senior managers and their teams. The role requires discretion, adaptability, and an initiative-taking approach to anticipating needs. You'll develop deep stakeholder management skills and gain meaningful exposure to strategic decision-making and business prioritization processes.
