Job Description

Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract role.

KEY OUTPUTS

Performance and Delivery:

• Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including travel arrangements, reimbursements and onboarding activities for executives globally.
• Collate employment documentation and while adhering to compliance, such as but not limited to contract generation, right to work checks, background checks etc.
• Facilitate contract and data management while adhering to SLA’s.
• Provide high-touch, confidential P&O support for executives, acting as the primary contact for all queries and supporting end-to-end service requests within defined SLAs.
• Resolve queries and escalations while maintaining effective prioritisation of workload
• Responsible for reporting and analysis of ad-hoc reports, trend identification to draw insights to support data-driven decisions, including contract template updates.
• Administer global mobility processes for all assignment types and subsequent actions such as transfer packages, contracts, etc.
• Provide relevant administrative support to international assignees.
• Support employees and managers on core P&O processes and policies.
• Create and maintain Desktop Procedures’ and Standard Operating Procedures.

Compliance

• Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
• Identify risks and Compliance to the processes/policies proactively.

Safety, health and Environment

• Administer employee benefits and health processes i.e. maternity leave documentation and health referrals.
• Demonstrate behaviour in line with health, safety, and environmental standards and with the Group’s values.
• Participate in relevant safety audits, inspections and observations, and address issues as part of demonstrating safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate 3-year qualification in a relevant discipline – HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour – required
• Post graduate qualifications (Hons level) in a relevant discipline - HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour – Desirable

EXPERIENCE

• 2 - 3 Years’ experience working in an administrative HR role.
• At least 1 - 2 years Human Resources generalist/ talent acquisition/ recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of South African labour law.
