Job Description

• Supervise and support the Administrative General Service Officer by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
• Manage departmental financial activities including petty cash, vendor invoice payments, rent, and insurance. Review and check all invoices for accuracy and documentation, ensure obtaining necessary approvals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between bank staff and Iron Mountain Company to coordinate services, resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date departmental authorizations.
• Manage the bank’s fixed assets, including the processes for write-offs, disposals, and transfers including conduct staff orientation to ensure compliance with department’s SOP.
• Monitor the implementation of departmental SOP, identify areas for improvement, and recommend updates if needed.
• Monitor and process license renewals for bank premises signage to ensure timely completion and avoid government penalties.
• Maintain secure documentation for department in/out documents.
• Follow up on the renewal dates of rent contracts for properties.
• Prepare invitation letters for HO colleagues visiting Egypt for embassy submission.
