Job Description


• Manage client onboarding, service agreements and participant documentation.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is correctly entered into ShiftCare.

• Coordinate rostering and scheduling of cleaning staff while considering travel times and workforce availability.

• Monitor and respond to emails, enquiries and client follow-up communications.

• Assist with quote preparation and general administrative support.

• Develop, document and improve operational procedures and workflows.

• Schedule and publish social media content to maintain a consistent online presence.

• Support administrative tasks across both the cleaning business and associated NDIS business when required.
