Role: Part time Administrator / Scheduler
Location: Office is based in NR19
Hours of work: 4 or 5 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm between Monday to Friday
Salary is: exceeds NMW at £12.91 per hour

You will handling inbound calls and make outbound calls to our customers and clients with regards to eye and hearcare services that we provide to patients in the community.
This can be to organise appointments for the optical and audiology team to visit them to perform eye tests that are due or it could be to arrange for the delivery of patients glasses to them
You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills partnered with the ability to communicate positively with customers.
There may be the need for you to preparing deliveries, getting them ready and prepare routes for the goods to be delivered by a member of the fitting / delivery staff.
You must be able multi task as you will need to be able to complete different tasks throughout the day and be able to work at pace.
This is a varied, fast paced role where customers come first. If you don't like to be on the phone, then this is NOT the job for you. If you love chatting and helping customers and are a self-starter this this could be perfect for you!
