Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall administration and operational management of the U.S. entity
• Payroll and HR-related coordination for current U.S. employees
• Communication with accountants, attorneys, and other external professional service providers
• Coordination of HR, finance, accounting, legal, general affairs, office, and vendor management matters
• Follow-up on contracts, expenses, corporate documents, and other entity-related requirements
• Tracking ongoing project schedules, issues, and action items
• Supporting the Ford-related project in Kentucky
• Supporting T-Robotics' CEO during his U.S. business trips
• Accompanying management on business trips to Kentucky, California, and other U.S. locations as needed
• Taking broader responsibility for U.S. operations as the organization expands

Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Capable of conducting business calls, writing professional emails, and communicating with external professional firms in English
• Experience managing the operations of a U.S. entity, subsidiary, or small-to-medium-sized business
• Experience coordinating HR, payroll, accounting, finance, general affairs, and legal matters
• Project management or manufacturing-related experience is preferred
• Flexible and comfortable handling a broad range of responsibilities
• Mature and professional enough to directly support senior executives
• Available for domestic travel within the United States
• Potential to grow into a senior U.S. entity management role
