We are seeking an Administration Officer based in Melbourne. This role is available for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a wonderful office with great culture and be an integral part of the team.

The position is required to be onsite 5 days per week, with a start time between 8-9AM and finishing between 4-5PM. We would also consider part time job share.

The Office Administrator & Receptionist is responsible for providing site-based administrative support and reception coverage. This role ensures the smooth operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries. Key experience includes:

• Proven skills and experience in an administrative or receptionist function.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the business and with clients.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary administration practices and significant experience in office administration.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• SAP experience and knowledge.
• Australian Citizenship
