Employment Type: Permanent part-time position (20 hours per week)

Location: Tamworth

Provide quality administration support to our MST-CAN (Multi Systemic Therapy - Child Abuse & Neglect) teams. To be successful, you’ll need to be an experienced administrator and motivated team player who thrives on building relationships, with a passion for working within the community services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive office management inclusive of telephone enquiries, correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, managing office supply and equipment orders
  • Diary management, schedule appointments, meetings and teleconferences and provide secretarial support to meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and reports where required
  • Ensure the good order of LWB vehicles and scheduling of maintenance in accordance with Fleet Management Policy and Procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Experience in providing administrative support and assistance to multiple roles within a complex organisation.
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
