About the Role

As our Legal Support Officer, you'll be the pivotal administrative link between our clients and our team of dedicated field representatives by:

• Utilising our in-house file management database to enter client instructions, update file progress, and generate reports & invoices.
• Creating templated Affidavits and managing legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients and field agents via phone to ensure seamless communication.
• Coordinating field agents to ensure files are actioned according to internal and external guidelines, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Conducting quality checks on work to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Providing exemplary customer service to clients, achieving the best possible outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Supporting the organisation through proactive administrative duties.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment (medical, legal, construction, etc.).
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding client service and interpersonal abilities.
• Time management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to deal with clients and third parties professionally and with sensitivity.
• Professional, positive, and ethical attitude.
• Satisfactory National Police Check (required).

Desirable:

• Administration experience within a law firm (advantageous but not essential).
• Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems.
• Experience with file management databases and legal documentation.
