No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

About the role
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time 1 FTE
Classification: SCHADS Level 3 (plus 2%) plus superannuation
Location: Onsite - Melbourne CBD
The Administration Officer is a key member of our Culture, Services and Operations division, helping keep No to Violence (NTV) running smoothly, professionally and on track. Working across the organisation, you’ll provide high-quality administrative, executive and office support—coordinating diaries and meetings, keeping systems and records in order, and making sure people have what they need to deliver great work.
This is a varied, people-facing role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and service-minded, with a knack for juggling priorities and spotting what needs doing next. If you enjoy being the calm, capable go-to person in a fast-paced environment—and taking pride in the details that make everything work—you’ll thrive at NTV.

About you
You’re a proactive, organised and people-focused administrator who enjoys being the go-to person that keeps a busy office running smoothly and loves working on site. You’re confident juggling competing priorities, coordinating diaries and meetings, and producing polished documents with a sharp eye for detail.
You bring sound judgement and discretion, and you’re comfortable working with sensitive information in a values-driven environment. You’re service-minded, calm under pressure, and you take pride in following things through—whether that’s keeping registers and systems up to date, supporting onboarding and office coordination, or helping deliver great meetings and events.
Most importantly, you’re collaborative, solutions-focused and ready to roll up your sleeves to support teams to do their best work.

Desirable experience includes working with HR or compliance systems, and an understanding of the gendered nature of family violence.
