Job Description

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

You will be reporting to Manager, District Security Services and responsible for:

• assisting in the development and implementation of administrative and operational procedures for District Security Services;

• assisting in the administration, operation and management of operational technology for security such as People Counting System, Security Patrol Monitoring System, Visitor Management System, CCTV System and Security Access Control System installed in various venues in the Authority, including the related contract management, system maintenance planning, budget planning and document filing, etc.;

• handling administrative tasks, such as security and safety data and incident reports management, records keeping and filing;

• assisting in the operation of District Security Card Office, which processes and issues staff cards and access cards, including but not limited to, taking photographs, operating card management systems, communicating with staff on access rights and printing staff cards; and

• performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should

• possess high school standard. Tertiary education will be advantage;

• have at least 3 years of administrative and/or secretarial experience, preferably in the security industry;

• have good knowledge of facility management or security management and preferably have obtained a Security Personnel Permit;

• be able to communicate and collaborate with personnel of different working levels;

• possess experience in compiling different types of management reports;

• have effective computer skills, in particular Excel; and

• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
