Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking company assets and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments regarding inventory needs.
• Follow up on monthly utility bills and other invoices related to company buildings, ensuring timely processing and payment coordination.
• Prepare regular administrative reports related to warehouse activities, expenses, invoices, and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of administrative records, invoices, and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth administrative and warehouse operations.
• Monitor building-related services and follow up on maintenance and facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, with knowledge of inventory tracking, stock movements, and warehouse documentation.
