Your next opportunity

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in Milton. Supporting our Concrete and Quarry operations, you'll play a key role in keeping business running smoothly through order processing, docketing, reconciliations, contractor payments and purchasing administration.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, Logistics and customers to solve problems, support business outcomes and deliver excellent service. Your day will involve:

You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, Logistics, Credit and customers to keep our business running smoothly. Your day may include:

  • Processing orders, dockets and system transactions with accuracy
  • Supporting customer and internal enquiries
  • Investigating and resolving pricing, billing and account issues
  • Managing disputes, claims, credits and adjustments
  • Reviewing reports and resolving exceptions
  • Updating customer records, pricing and system information
  • Supporting reconciliations, reporting and month-end activities
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in administration, accounts or operational support
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Experience with COMMAND, APEX, and ORACLE is desirable but not essential.
  • A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across different departments
  • A proactive, supportive approach with a willingness to help wherever needed.
