We're looking for an organised and reliable Administration Officer to join our friendly team at Moy Pocket Quarry

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working alongside a close-knit site team of around 15 employees. You'll provide day-to-day administrative support across purchasing, compliance, maintenance coordination and general office activities that help keep our quarry running smoothly.

Whether you're an experienced administrator or someone with strong organisational skills looking to step into an administration career, we'd love to hear from you. We can teach the technical aspects of the role, so attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

Your day will involve:

  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Maintaining site records, registers and documentation
  • Assisting with safety, training and compliance administration
  • Supporting maintenance planning and work order administration
  • Ordering office, site and PPE supplies
  • Tracking site costs and updating reports
  • Answering calls and assisting visitors, contractors and customers
  • Providing general administrative support to the Quarry Manager and site team

What are we looking for?

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Previous administration experience is advantageous but not essential
