About the Role

Supporting all services of Autism Queensland (School, Community Services, Inclusion and more!) Our Client Services and Support (CSS) Team are on the lookout for a super-organised, go-to person to join our team as an Administration Officer on a part time and fixed term (until December 2027) basis. If you love keeping things running smoothly and enjoy variety in your day, this could be the perfect fit!

You’ll be supporting our team with all sorts of administration tasks, including:

  • Booking meetings and managing calendars
  • Entering data and keeping records up to date
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating team training and development days
  • Jumping in on reception duties when needed
  • Assisting our finance team on payments and invoices
  • Pitching in wherever else your admin magic is needed!

Requirements

  • Minimum certificate II in Business or demonstrated relevant administration experience
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency, with intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Blue Card (WWCC paid workers)
  • Certificate of Completion in NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality Safety and You.

Location:

Please note this role is able to be offered as working from home (hybrid) post initial training period. Preference for on-site is Sunnybank Hills, however open to Brighton QLD for successful applicant if preferred.
