Before the clinic opens on 6 October 2026, the successful candidate will work from our Narangba office while preparing for the transition to Burpengary.

The new clinic will initially provide Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services, with opportunities to expand as the needs of the local community grow.

This role will combine reception and clinic coordination responsibilities with broader administrative support across Intrinsic Health. You will be connected to an experienced administration team and supported as you help establish a welcoming, organised and efficient new clinic.

About the role

As the Administration Officer, you will be an important first point of contact for clients, families, referrers and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating appointments, calendars and client bookings
  • Supporting referrals, client intake and service enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate client records and administrative systems
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation and general data entry
  • Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative requirements
  • Assisting with the establishment and ongoing operation of the Burpengary clinic
  • Providing broader administrative support across the organisation as required
  • Contributing ideas to improve administrative processes and client experiences

About you

We are looking for an experienced administration professional who is organised, adaptable and confident communicating with a range of people.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A warm, professional and helpful communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
  • Confidence using digital systems and learning new technology
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting different teams
  • Experience in allied health, disability, aged care, community services or another health-related environment, although this is not essential

Checks and clearances

The successful candidate must hold, or be willing to obtain before commencing:

  • A valid National Police Check
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check, or Blue Card
  • Evidence of their legal right to work in Australia

We will provide guidance regarding the required checks throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Why join Intrinsic Health?

  • Help establish and shape a brand-new allied health clinic
