We’re looking for a detail-driven Administration Officer to join Heffron’s Data Processing team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in financial services while learning hands-on SMSF administration and processing. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely data entry and
administrative support, process SMSF transactions in Class, and help keep our records and data feeds clean, current and reliable.
You’ll receive full training across a variety of processes and systems, with ongoing development opportunities and generous education support. You’ll also be part of a flexible, collaborative and supportive working environment where accuracy, continuous improvement and teamwork are

This is a full-time position based in Maitland. Limited work-from-home options may be available after six months of employment.
No prior experience in self-managed super funds (SMSFs) is required—full training will be provided.
