About the Role
The Administration team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team on a casual basis, working across our Burnie and Devonport offices.
The Administration Officer supports the day-to-day operations of CatholicCare Tasmania by delivering high-quality administrative and reception services. This role ensures smooth office functioning and provides a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
As part of a statewide team, the role contributes to all programs across CatholicCare Tasmania.
The primary role of the Administration Officer is to provide essential support to service delivery teams, assisting individuals, families and visitors, and contributing to the effective operation of programs and functions across the organisation.
