Job Description

What will you be doing?

As an Administration Officer, you will support the day-to-day administrative and secretarial activities within the company to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, processing, updating, and maintaining administrative data and documents in relevant systems.

• Preparing letters, reports, memos, and other administrative documents.

• Supporting meeting arrangements, schedules, appointments, and travel planning when required.

• Monitoring deadlines, administrative processes, and internal procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.

• Assisting employees and external stakeholders by providing information and administrative support.

• Coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

• Identifying administrative issues or inconsistencies and supporting corrective actions.

• Vocational school, college, or university graduation in Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

• Good command of English.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work accurately and handle confidential information professionally.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Good health and willingness to commit long-term.
