The RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support across the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in supporting service and sales teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Provide administrative support to service and sales teams
Process customer orders, invoices, and service job cards
Raise service work orders from phone, email, or system requests
Maintain accurate client, equipment, and contract databases
Liaise with internal teams and clients to coordinate service requests
Generate purchase orders and assist with reporting requirements
Support compliance with contractual and documentation requirements
Assist in resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
Your Education, Experience & Skills
Minimum Year 12 education (essential)
Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Intermediate Excel and general computer skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
