Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our team and ensure efficient daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and communications.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Provide support for logistics including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Assist with invoice processing, shipping documentation, and customs clearance tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Maximum age 30 years.
