The Opportunity

  • Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract position

In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of day-to-day activities, provide reliable administrative and customer service support, and contribute to a positive team environment. We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help the team and get involved where needed. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality administrative support and friendly, professional customer service
  • Handling customer and internal enquiries via phone and email
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and matching amounts accurately
  • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
  • Completing data entry and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting finance processes in line with internal policies and timelines
  • Building positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

About You

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team, don’t mind answering the phone, and take pride in getting the details right. You’re happy working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a team that supports a broader purpose.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative role with exposure to invoicing or finance-related tasks advantageous
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers
  • Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach
