About the role

We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support to our Donor Experience Team, supporting Donor Centres and functional areas key to our donor’s experience within Lifeblood. This role will require you to work in a cross-functional, national team to ensure that we provide a memorable customer experience to our amazing donors. In addition to your day-to-day administrative duties, you will also support by servicing outbound rescheduling appointment calls to our donors.

• Prior experience in an administration and/or data entry role
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with immediate team members and broader teams
• Adaptability to respond to competing and changing priorities
• Tech savvy and able to efficiently navigate between multiple software applications
• Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable

This is a permanent, full-time position - 38 hours a week (Monday- Friday), located on-site at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria. The hours of work could be between 7.30am to 5.00pm. For a suitable candidate, we are open to accommodating part-time hours, with a minimum of four working days per week.
