YOUR ROLE
An opportunity has become available at Toomac Holdings as a Customer Service/Administrative Support person in our Ophthalmic Division. The key focus of this role is to facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely service to all Toomac Ophthalmic customers and provide administrative support to the Ophthalmic and Pharmaceutical Team.
You will work alongside a small team of committed individuals, providing quality ophthalmic medical devices to hospitals and surgical centres around New Zealand. The role will involve liaising and building relationships with our customers and overseas suppliers, to ensure that products are provided in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills. Reliable and enthusiastic, you should have an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels as well as have strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
