You will be part of our support team, adding your expertise to the delivery of customer + administrative excellence.

How you create impact

Your main activities will be to provide standardized administrative support in accordance with agreed policies + regulations.

What we would like you to bring

• To set + achieve clear standards for the delivery of administrative processes.
• To manage all office administration + facility management duties, including but not limited to liaison with property management, contractors for regular cleaning, maintenance + company drivers.
• To coordinate all functions onsite, ensuring all necessary resources including catering, courier + shuttle bus is available.
• To undertake purchasing activities for office supplies + initiate tender exercises as appropriate.
• To review non-trade supplier solutions + lead supplier review meetings on a regular basis.
• To monitor administration expenses with a focus on cost savings for the company.
• To manage business visa + relocation support.
• To perform ad-hoc support on a case-by-case basis or as requested by management.
