Key Role

The Administrative Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Power & Energy business unit. This role is designed for entry‑level candidates with no prior work experience, offering hands‑on exposure to a professional consulting environment and the opportunity to build foundational workplace skills while supporting energy and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team
  • Assist with document control, filing, record‑keeping, and data management
  • Support project coordination activities, reporting, and scheduling
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, correspondence, and internal communication
  • Maintain accurate records in line with company processes and systems
  • Support the team with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks

Health and Safety

  • Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour consistent with the company’s health, safety, environmental and quality vision and policies
  • Contribute to the identification of SHEQ risks and support Zero Harm initiatives
  • Embrace, display, and promote company values and maintain a safe working environment at all times
  • Minimum National Diploma in Administration or related qualification
  • No prior work experience required
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a professional team environment
