As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Generalist to join our Wilmington, MA team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable, global organization. You'll work alongside operations leadership, collaborate with multiple departments, and play an important role in supporting the daily success of our business.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Pay: $29.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming mail.
• Schedule meetings and assist with travel arrangements.
• Assist with accounts payable by reviewing invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate and manage company fleet vehicles, including tracking maintenance, registrations, inspections, and vehicle assignments.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including uniform ordering and onboarding paperwork.
• Complete other office duties as assigned.
