The Administration & Event Coordinator plays a key role in independently planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale project activities. The position focuses on managing project operations, stakeholder communication, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and effective implementation. Working closely with the Project Lead, the role requires a high level of autonomy, organisation, and stakeholder engagement to support project delivery, participant experience, and operational efficiency.
Reporting line: Project lead of the awarded RMIT SIC project “Empowering Educators with AI: A Nationwide Transformative Initiative for Vietnam” – Dr Linh Duc Tran
In direct report to: Project lead of the awarded RMIT SIC project “Developing an AI-integrated interactive e-learning platform for endoscopy training in Vietnam” – Dr Thuy Nguyen.
