About the role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house reception services and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain rooms, and assist with IT setup
  • Organise refreshments for clients and assist with catering for meetings and events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain reception services and ensure communal areas are tidy and well presented
  • Provide general administrative support to the team including and not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes
  • Set up new clients in our practice management systems (MYOB, CRM, XPM, CAS360 or similar), and other relevant portals.

About you:

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Competent using various computer programs and platforms
  • Administrative or client service experience
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Desirable

  • 6-12 months experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
