Your role
The Department of Communities and Justice directly supports approximately 800,000 people every year and reaches a further million people through local community-based programs.
Our Housing Service branch is one of the largest providers of social housing in the world.
The Business Support Assistant works in a high-pressure environment to support team members and the operation unit.
You will support WS District by administrating their mailboxes and working as the conduit between Client Service Teams and relevant stakeholders. As the Business Support Assistant within a team, you will be responsible in managing all administrative tasks, responding to administrative enquiries and supporting the team with dispersing workload from Outlook mailboxes and other internal systems to relevant members within the team.
