Job Description

• To provide technical support on various systems such as telephone, office security, audio visual equipment in meeting rooms;
• To assist in office administrative functions including office fitting-out works, property management, workplace safety, office relocation and maintenance;
• To review, formulate and implement policies and procedures related to administrative functions;
• To assist in procurement and tender exercise of office systems and equipment; and
• To assist in corporate projects and assignments from time to time.

• TI / IVE
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in office administration; knowledge in IT is advantage;
• Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent people and communication skills; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
