About the Role
This role plays a key part in our client journey, managing the onboarding and intake process for new referrals and ensuring clients transition smoothly into our services.
You will be the first point of contact for many clients, families, and referrers, ensuring information is collected accurately and services are set up efficiently.
Working closely with our clinical team leads, support coordinators, and referrers, you will ensure every client is matched with the right clinician and that all documentation and compliance requirements are completed prior to service commencement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and helping people navigate healthcare systems.

Healthproof is a Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane based mobile allied health service providing in-home physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, podiatry, exercise physiology, psychology and telehealth services.
We provide services in the home through NDIS, home care packages, CHSP, aged care facilities, workers compensation/CTP, DVA, private health funding, Medicare, rehab in the home programs and privately.
We service the wider community to help people living with a disability, people suffering with acute or chronic pain from injuries or illnesses, elderly living at home or in aged care facilities, those suffering from injuries sustained at work or in car accidents, veterans, people recovering after a variety of surgeries such as joint replacements and private clients who have sustained an injury or have had an onset of pain.
We strive to provide the best possible standard of care to those in need and to improve community access to sufficient healthcare by providing this care in the comfort of your home.
