Medical Imaging at Cabrini
Our Medical Imaging Department provides 24/7 services at the Malvern campus, delivering imaging care to outpatients, inpatients and Emergency Department patients. Our team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working in a busy environment with rotating shifts across a 24/7 service (Monday - Friday shift times ranging between 7:30am and 6:00pm.)
Key responsibilities will include:
Responding to emails and incoming calls to the department switchboard, managing enquiries, scheduling appointments
Welcoming and registering patients and general accounts and billing duties
Assisting with the collating of patient reports and mailing of patient discs to the requested doctors
What we’re looking for:
Previous office experience preferably within medical reception
Computer literacy and proficiency or ability to learn patient administration software
Excellent customer service, communication skills and telephone technique
Exceptional organisational, time management and prioritising skills
Ability to follow set processes and demonstrate respect for confidentiality
