Sinclair Wilson Investment Services are seeking a full-time Junior Administration Assistant to join the team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in corporate administration within the financial advice industry.

About the Position:

This newly created role will provide vital administrative support and help create a positive experience for clients and colleagues. Working closely with the team, you will coordinate client appointments and meetings with financial advisers and partners, while developing practical administration skills in a supportive professional environment.

• Clear communication skills and confidence when interacting with clients.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other general computer systems.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment where priorities may change throughout the day.
• Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
