The Administration Officer provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the Housing & Construction team, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the program. The role is responsible for reception duties, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and managing documentation including reports, contracts and grant information. It supports financial administration through processing invoices and purchases, assisting with payroll activities, and maintaining up-to-date financial and staff records. The position also oversees office supply management, vehicle and machinery maintenance records, and contributes to accurate reporting of End of Month reports to relevant Government departments.
The role assists with coordinating events, monitoring Job Management Systems, and liaising regularly with tradespeople and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and workflow progression. The position also engages with Traditional Owners and community members where required, fostering positive and productive relationships with internal staff, external agencies,
consultants and the broader community.
