We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Dot’s Place Bunbury in the beautiful Southwest. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine both your people and administrative skills while helping create a welcoming, respectful and supportive environment for regionally based Western Australian’s affected by cancer and their families.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients, families, volunteers and visitors. You’ll provide reliable administrative and operational support, helping to ensure the Dot’s Place Bunbury runs smoothly and ensuring every person is welcomed with warmth, dignity and respect.
You’ll work closely with volunteers, community partners and the broader Cancer Council WA team. You’ll be joining a close-knit workplace where people genuinely support one another and contribute to a service that supports people and families during what can be an incredibly challenging time.
This is a part-time position (0.5 FTE) based in Bunbury, Southwest. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can work five shifts per fortnight, however we’re open to discussing flexible arrangements with the right candidate.
