The opportunity:

We are currently seeking an office all-rounder with strong Microsoft Office skills to support our growing operations in Mount Isa. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative tasks. You will be working 4-5 days per week with the view of going full time.

Your Role:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Utilize various systems and technologies efficiently
• General administration and office support
• Data Entry
• Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation
• Picking up parts and company vehicles as needed
• Ad hoc tasks to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
• Previous experience in a generalist administration role
• Ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Friendly, team-focused attitude and professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A current driver’s license, preferably manual
• Willingness to jump in and support wherever needed
