We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Administration Assistant to join our team in a casual capacity, with shifts available Monday to Friday. In this varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative support while being a welcoming first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
You’ll manage reception and telephone enquiries with care and sensitivity, support the day-to-day operations of the department, and contribute to quality improvement activities that help us deliver the best possible patient experience.
If you are an experienced administrator with strong communication skills, a caring approach and a passion for providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
You will have strong computer skills and confidence using a range of systems, particularly Microsoft Office, along with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
