In this role, you will:

• Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform key business administration tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families

We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Administration Assistant to join our welcoming and professional team in a full-time position.

As the first friendly face many of our families see each day, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Supporting our 120-place centre, caring for children from nursery through to kindergarten, you’ll help keep our busy centre organised, connected and running smoothly.

Your Impact

No two days will be quite the same. You’ll work closely with the Centre Director, educators and families to provide high-quality administrative support while helping create a warm and welcoming centre environment.

Your day may include:

• Welcoming children, families and visitors to the centre
• Providing friendly and professional support to family enquiries
• Supporting the Centre Director and team with day-to-day administration
• Managing phone calls, emails, documentation and general correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with enrolment-related administration
• Helping keep centre processes organised and running efficiently
• Building positive relationships with our families, educators and wider community

You’ll need:

• Current VIC with Children Check
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, professional and welcoming approach
• Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider centre team
• Previous administration or customer service experience, ideally within a busy, people-focused environment
