Administration Assistant

• Fixed-term Full-Time opportunity | 6 months
• Office based role in Singleton with onsite parking
• Supportive and friendly team environment

About the role

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Corporate Support Services team. You will provide administration assistance to our Coal Services Health business unit and will be responsible for cleansing and preparation of files, data entry, scanning and archiving in line with the Digitisation work instructions.

About you:

Your education, experience and skills will include:

• Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Intermediate skill level in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the ability to learn new software as needed
