We’re now welcoming applications for Administration Assistant to join our supportive, purpose‑driven team in Melbourne on a Permanent, full-time basis. This is deeply meaningful work where your empathy, problem‑solving and commitment have a profound impact every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide administrative support to Case Managers and claims teams to help keep claims moving.
• Request, organise and follow up on information and documentation from relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries and liaise with internal teams, providers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records across relevant systems.
• Prepare correspondence, documents and reports to support claims management activities.
• Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure work is completed within required timeframes.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous claims experience to join us. If you’re organised, enjoy helping others and are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

• 2+ years’ Experience in a fast paced role a customer service focus.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with a range of people.
• An empathetic and professional approach when handling sensitive information and situations.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
