About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Team Administrator to join our National Administration team.

Working as part of a national support function, you'll provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to employees across ACOR. From coordinating travel and responding to enquiries, to supporting finance processes and ensuring requests are resolved efficiently, you'll help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, high-quality administrative support to employees across the business.
• Manage enquiries received through shared inboxes and phone lines, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings in line with company policies.
• Support routine administration including expenses, timesheets, finance processes and general office enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with employees, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Workplace Experience teams to provide seamless support across the business.

About You

You'll enjoy helping people and delivering great service, while bringing strong organisation and attention to detail to everything you do.

You'll likely have experience in administration, business support, customer service, travel coordination, office administration or a similar support role.

You'll also have:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new business systems.
• A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience working with shared inboxes, travel coordination or finance administration will be highly regarded.
