Our Made to Measure (M2M) team plays a key role in delivering customised window furnishing solutions, and we're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our high-performing team.

• Central Office Location- Beautiful South Melbourne!
• Full Time hours Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday)

The Role:

As our Made to Measure Administrative Assistant, you are part of the backbone of our customer journey. Supporting our consultants and customers from quote through to installation. Every day is different, with a mix of customer service, administration, problem-solving and collaboration.

• Managing inbound enquiries from customers, stores and consultants.
• Making outbound calls to customers throughout their Made to Measure journey.
• Responding promptly to emails and customer correspondence.
• Providing administrative support to the Made to Measure team.
• Coordinating customer information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working collaboratively with consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Following internal processes and maintaining accurate records.
• Helping create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Need:

Someone who brings energy, confidence and industry knowledge!

• Previous experience within the admin window furnishings, blinds, curtains or soft furnishings industry (bonus).
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with multiple systems and managing customer enquiries.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
• Must have full-time availability and Full working rights within Australia.
