About the role:

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant with strong Microsoft Office skills to support our growing operations in Mount Isa. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative tasks.

Your Role:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Utilize various systems and technologies efficiently
• General administration and office support
• Data Entry of timesheets into a schedule program ready for payroll
• Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation
• Picking up parts and company vehicles as needed – ability to operate a manual vehicle is a must
• Ad hoc tasks to support the team

What We’re
Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
• Experience in a generalist administration role is essential
• Experience in SimPRO is an advantage
• Experience with timesheet data entry is an advantage
• Ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Friendly, team-focused attitude and professional presentation with the ability to communicate with anyone in any environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A current driver’s license, preferably manual
• Willingness to jump in and support wherever needed
