💼 What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our First Base team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our Support Coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

📚 Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Welcoming attitude as you greet everyone upon their arrival
  • Ability to provide administrative support and develop and maintain systems
  • Ability to manage workload to ensure you meet deadlines and utilise time efficiently to respond to conflicting priorities
  • Ability to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Client Management systems
  • Ability to produce quality documents such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, memos, forms and other documents as required
  • Ability to actively contribute to open and cooperative working relationships with other team members

What you need:

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, understand work priorities and meet deadlines
  • Have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude ensuring you are enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with all aspects of MS Office Suite and corporate software systems
  • Well, established interpersonal skills with individuals of all levels
  • Current QLD 'C' class driver's licence
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) or ability to apply
