The Role
In this busy and rewarding role, reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you’ll be the face of the aged care centre as the first point of contact for families, visitors and contractors, while providing high-quality and efficient administration support to the facility, staff and residents.
This Administration Assistant position is offered on a full-time basis working from our aged care facility in Bull Creek, Monday 8:00 - 4:15pm and Tuesday - Friday from 8:30 - 4:45pm.

About you:
You will thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple competing priorities with confidence and efficiency. Your excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills will enable you to adapt quickly to changing demands, including rostering challenges and frequent admissions and discharges. You will also bring highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with colleagues, residents, families and external stakeholders.
You will possess strong computer skills, a proactive and professional approach, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. Most importantly, you will demonstrate compassion, collaboration, curiosity, inclusion and trust, with a genuine willingness to support older and vulnerable people and make a difference in their daily lives.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in administration and customer service (aged care industry desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
A self-motivated, dependable, and professional approach to work
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
Evidence of Current 2026 Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
Current drivers’ licence
